Fundraise with Us

Pick a package · Or bring your own concept · Mission Hill

Pilot program · Mission Hill only

Eat together, raise together. We’ve built a small set of fundraising packages around the things our flagship Mission Hill does well — a chef’s tasting room, a sushi bar, a sake program, a small live-music stage, and the cultural calendar we live by. Pick the one that fits your audience, or bring us your own concept. Either way, the room, the kitchen, and the team are yours for the night.

Any group whose vision doesn’t fit neatly into the packages above — let’s build something together.

What your cause receives

How to choose

  • Audience first. Doctors after a quiet upscale dinner → Tasting Dinner. Industry network → Reception. Music fans → Music Night. Campus club → Student-Org Mixer.
  • Adults vs all-ages. Sake Pairing and Music Night are 21+. The Student-Org Mixer is scheduled in a quiet window so a college crowd doesn’t compete with our dinner room. The rest welcome any guest your organization brings.
  • Cause story. Cultural and AAPI causes pair naturally with Heritage Dinners; arts and youth-arts groups with Music Nights.
  • Don’t see a fit? Pick “Bring Your Own Concept” — describe the night you want to put on and we’ll reply with what we can do.
  • Lead time. 4–6 weeks for most packages, 8–10 weeks for Heritage windows, weekends, or custom concepts.

What about Wellesley and Allston?

Frequently asked

How are sales tracked?

For dinner packages, we tag every check at the POS to the event. For ticketed nights, the ticket count is the source of truth. We send a written reconciliation alongside the donation.

How long until the donation arrives?

Within 14 business days of the event we send a check or ACH transfer plus a tax receipt for your records.

Can our group buy out the room instead?

Full buyouts are handled separately on our Private Dining page. The Industry Network Reception package is the closest fundraising-flavored buyout option.

Can we suggest our own format?

Yes — pick the “Bring Your Own Concept” package and describe what you’re imagining. We’ll reply with whether and how we can pull it off at Mission Hill.
